Phillip Miller

With over 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, I bring a deep understanding of what it takes to turn a vision into a dream home. From swinging a hammer as a framer in the early '90s to managing multi-million dollar residential and commercial builds, I’ve worn nearly every tool belt in the business—and I’m proud of the journey that’s shaped my approach today.

My construction career began in Colorado, framing homes and contributing to custom builds in some of Denver’s most exclusive neighborhoods, including Parade of Homes projects. As the housing market shifted in 2008, I transitioned into commercial construction, where I earned certifications in Construction Management and Professional Project Management. While I gained invaluable knowledge in the commercial sector, my true passion has always been rooted in building custom homes.

In 2016, I relocated to Rains County, Texas, and continued my craft alongside my uncle—an elite custom home builder. Since then, I’ve been committed to helping families create the homes they’ve always imagined, whether it's a full custom build, a lake house retreat, or a renovation that breathes new life into a beloved space.

I pride myself on being honest, responsive, and fully available throughout the building process. No project is too big or too small—every home deserves integrity, attention to detail, and a builder who genuinely cares. ABOUT RAINS COUNTY:

Rains County is a county located in the U.S. state of Texas. As of the 2020 census, its population was 12,164. Its seat is Emory. The county is named for Emory Rains, a Texas state legislator. In 1970, Recorded Texas Historic Landmark Number 10860 was placed in the county courthouse lawn. Conveniently located between two phenomenal lakes. Lake Fork to the east and Lake Tawakoni to the west. Fork being one of the most popular bass fishing lakes in the nation and Tawakoni is great for both fishing and water sports. Rains County is a growing community and a very attractive place to raise your family.
